33° FESTIVAL DE LA PLAISANCE CANNES

Apreamare prenderà parte alla prossima edizione del Festival de La Plaisance di scena a Cannes dall'8 al 13 Settembre 2010 in una nuova ed importante location: LA PANTIERO (PAN 075). Le barche esposte in acqua (PAN 130 Bis) saranno: Maestro 82', Maestro 65', Apreamare 64' fly, Apreamare 48' ed Apreamare 44'.

I soci fondatori, le famiglie Aprea e Pollio, hanno riacquisito dal Gruppo Ferretti il 100% della storica azienda nautica sorrentina.
Apreamare torna nella proprietà delle famiglie fondatrici Aprea e Pollio. L’operazione di acquisizione del 100% del capitale sociale di Apreamare S.p.A. dal Gruppo Ferretti è stata infatti completata con successo. L’acquisizione del capitale di Apreamare è stata strutturata attraverso un’operazione di management buy-out finanziata in parte con capitali propri apportati delle famiglie Aprea e Pollio, e in parte con capitale di debito messo a disposizione da due primari istituti bancari con un forte radicamento sul territorio campano, il Banco di Napoli S.p.A. e la Banca di Credito Popolare di Torre del Greco S.c.p.A.. A conclusione dell'operazione Apreamare avrà un capitale sociale, interamente sottoscritto, pari a 45 milioni di euro, con una patrimonializzazione quindi più che adeguata per portare avanti il piano di sviluppo predisposto dalla nuova Proprietà.Nel perimetro dell’operazione è stato incluso, oltre alle tipiche attività di produzione e commercializzazione delle imbarcazioni Apreamare, anche l’intero polo nautico di Torre Annunziata (Napoli), che si sviluppa su una superficie complessiva di oltre 125.000 mq, ed una darsena privata con circa 100 posti barca.Apreamare, forte dell’esperienza degli imprenditori che hanno contribuito al suo successo e di una equilibrata struttura patrimoniale, avvia da oggi un nuovo progetto di crescita che si svilupperà, tra l’altro, sulle potenzialità legate al più grande polo da diporto del medio e basso Tirreno.

Apreamare ha preso parte all'appena conclusa edizione del Nautisud, storico salone nautico partenopeo, avuto luogo a Napoli dal 6 al 14 marzo 2010. Oltre ad uno stand di accoglienza, Apreamare ha esposto a mare le seguenti imbarcazioni: Apreamare 48', Apreamare 64' fly della storica linea gozzi e Maestro 51' e Maestro 65' dell'innovativa linea Maestro. Tutti i modelli erano disponibili per prove in mare.

APREAMARE A ROMA DAL 20 AL 28 FEBBRAIO '10

Apreamare ha preso parte alla quarta edizione del Salone di Roma, BIG BLU 2010, con una propria area all’interno del Padiglione 13 ed esponendo due imbarcazioni della linea gozzi: l’Apreamare 32’ open e l’Apreamare 38’ open. Apreamare, lo storico cantiere sorrentino, ha deciso di non mancare a questo appuntamento che cresce di importanza di anno in anno collocandosi in un’area geografica ed in un momento dell’anno di grande appeal.

APREAMARE HA PRESO PARTE A “ECCELLENZE”: IL SALONE DEL LUSSO DI SCENA AL TARI’ (CASERTA)

WEEK – END 13/15 E 20/22 NOVEMBRE 2009

Apreamare non poteva mancare a questo prestigioso appuntamento del lusso e del buon gusto organizzato dal Tarì, che avuto luogo nei weekend dal 13 al 15 e dal 20 al 22 novembre 2009. La partecipazione di Apreamare è stata fortemente voluta dall’ente organizzatore dell’evento in quanto il cantiere ha sempre messo in evidenza le proprie radici ed il legame con il territorio.

Il Tarì nasce da una grandissima tradizione nel campo della gioielleria, quella napoletana. Il suo nome è quello di un’antica moneta aurea araba, diffusa nel Regno di Napoli fino all’età aragonese. Oggi rappresenta una realtà imprenditoriale senza confronti, sia nel settore orafo sia in altri: 394 aziende consorziate, 400.000 visitatori annui, oltre 2.500 addetti, attività di ricerca, di formazione e di promozione stabilmente presenti.

The Group’s equity is now held by Norberto Ferretti and the Group’s management (38.2%), Mediobanca (8.8%) and senior and mezzanine lenders (for a total of 53% in exit participation rights). In particular, as a result of the agreement, Norberto Ferretti, the Group’s management and Mediobanca hold 100% of the Group’s voting rights. Norberto Ferretti, the Group’s management and Mediobanca have finalized the acquisition of Ferretti S.p.A. and implemented the capital increase through newCo Ferretti Holding S.p.A., for which Mediobanca also acted as financial advisor.

On Friday, May 22nd the new nautical pole, based in Torre Annunziata, opened to selected guests on the occasion of a unique event: sea trials and test drive to taste the sportmanship and the elegance featuring those brands.

Tradition and history, technological innovation and advanced research on materials, but also performance and great care in construction details feature the DNA of Itama, Porsche and Apreamare, able to arrange an original and involving event.

Apreamare, other Ferretti brand, is a long tradition company, who renewed the gozzos, maintaining the distinctive feature of the craftmade care, and, at the same time, providing them with the most advanced technological innovations. Also Apreamare gozzo and Maestro complete ranges have been presented in the nautical centre marina, ready for visits onboard and sea trials.

Maestro 82', dopo il lancio avvenuto durante il Festival de La Plaisance di Cannes (10 - 15 Settembre '08), ha visto anche il debutto presso il Monaco Yacht Show avuto luogo a Montecarlo dal 24 al 27 Settembre '08.

In posizione privilegiata ha riscosso grande successo ed i visitatori hanno particolarmente apprezzato le generose dimensioni.

Realizzato in collaborazione con lo studio Zuccon International Project, che ne cura il design sia interno che esterno, Maestro 82' è un progettto davvero ambizioso che propone in 24 metri condizioni di vita a bordo uniche nel loro genere.

With a fleet of 7 boats, four "gozzi" and three Maestro, Apreamare takes part to the 31st edition of the Festival de La Plaisance di Cannes.

Apreamare could not miss this annual prestigious rendez-vous in Cannes, where, this year also, is present to the "Vieux Port" with its whole fleet.

With "gozzi" range or with the new line Maestro, Apreamare holds a great place in the hearts of that ship-owners who prefer boats able to conjugate design and comfort without ever missing the direct contact with the sea.

The Interntional Festival de La Plaisance in Cannes is for Apreamare a great opportunity to have an important presence in one of the geographic area of more success for the shipyards , the Azure Coast, but it is also an occasion to increase its presence in the French market.

During the International Festival de La Plaisance in Cannes, Apreamare will launch Maestro 82, flagship of Maestro line and Apreamare 64 fly, first gozzo in the world with a flying bridge.

The Mediterranean Nautical Exhibition in Catania (5th-13th April '08) entered by now into the most important Sicilian boat shows. Actually it is the only boat show held in the island, and the fact that reached the thirteenth edition broadly testifies its commercial validity in a more and more industrialized coast of Sicily.

Apreamare, thanks to the dealer Nautica Casarola, took part to the event with two boats: the Apreamare 48' and the Maestro 51'.

The new Apreamare 38’ Comfort, Apreamare 32’’s big brother presented at the last Cannes Boat Show, strengthens the range of Sorrento gozzos and consolidates the winning formula of this innovative type of craft, desired and invented by Cataldo Aprea. Thanks to its well-established partnership with Victory Design, Apreamare shows how the evolution of this traditional boat can go on at a fast pace, through new models and enviable designs. The formal and volumetric reinterpretation of the traditional Sorrento gozzo continues with a totally up-to-date feel, characterised by the combination of "taut and curved lines" in the deck area which give the craft a sporty, exciting appeal. Compared to the previous version, the layout features significant changes that guarantee greater liveability in the below deck areas. The key point is the refined relation between the interior and exterior, which is guaranteed by the large-sized opening of the companion hatch which allows an excellent quality of the communication between the cockpit and the kitchen. This area is as always equipped with all necessary accessories.

The boat comes with 2 330 Volvo Penta engines and travels at a cruising speed of 25/26 knots.

The excellent partnership between Victory Design and the Apreamare boatyard has made it possible to present over the years, models able to meet the needs of sailors who keep up observe traditions and lovers of contemporary classics. The flagship of the gozzo range – the Apreamare 60’ – presented at the Genoa Boat Show in 2005, saw the inauguration of a new line which combines the need to evolve and the tendency to update still respecting traditions. The great enthusiasm shown for this extraordinary craft and the desire to follow up to the many requests received, led to a formal and volumetric evolution of the original Sorrento gozzo into a new restyling: the Apreamare 64'. The outside areas, which boast a stylish yet essential design, allow to experience the relationship with the sea and nature in the best way possible. The bow area features the much-appreciated U-shaped sofa, while the stern area, which is the project’s key point, thanks to its distinct design, blends perfectly with the lines of the hull. The hallmark of this craft, represented by these classic round shapes is thus enhanced. This area features a relaxing sofa which can be transformed into a handy, comfy sundeck when needed. The design of the below deck areas echoes the comfort, functionality and much-appreciated layout of the Apreamare 60’. The bright “full beam” suite located in the middle of the boat features a bathroom with panoramic window and spacious clothes closet. The VIP cabin located at the bow, features large closets and a comfy bathroom with an extra-large shower. Lastly, the classic twin cabin, which also features an en-suite bathroom, is of a larger than average size. The materials used for the furniture are extremely natural and classic, with a predominance of shiny and matt mahogany, Viennese straw and mirrored, chrome-plated steel hardware. With a design rate which no-one else can match, and the vision of an ongoing challenge, this new model is also available in a fly version, with large sundeck at the stern, driving seat and control panel featuring all the instruments needed for comfortable cruising. To conclude, a boat ready to satisfy the needs of those most demanding sailors who love classic and sporty craft. The standard version of the Apreamare 64 features two MAN 900 hp common rail engines with the option of two MAN 1100 hp common rail engines.
